Leventa\u2019s vision is to bring people together<\/strong>
\nWe and our partners believe that mutual understanding between people is improved when they are given an opportunity to learn more about one another. That is why we work to spread knowledge regarding the ways in which people work, both individually within organisations and in cultures. Bringing people together is by far the most important part of our work, and in these meetings we want to inspire curiosity and development.
\n\u2018Back to Basics\u2019 also means \u2018shedding\u2019 unnecessary technology during many parts of the programme and focusing solely on people\u2019s interactions with nature.<\/p>\n

Help others: paying it forward<\/strong>
\nOur message, \u2018pay it forward\u2019, is about inspiring people to help each other without asking for compensation. Instead of expecting something in return when you have helped another person, ask them to pass this kindness on to others. This creates a domino effect of unconditional kindness and good deeds, bringing people closer together. You\u2019ll see the results of this in your own workplace, in the company as a whole, and in your personal life.<\/p>\n

Leventa: living & events<\/strong>
\nCombine the Swedish words for \u2018living\u2019 and \u2018event\u2019 and you get Leventa. This new word means that people have the opportunity to develop their lives through events. We are confident that the journey that we will undertake with you and your organisation will be a major event. When we have completed our objective, you will have had fun, laughed, and learned.
