Leventa’s vision is to bring people together
We and our partners believe that mutual understanding between people is improved when they are given an opportunity to learn more about one another. That is why we work to spread knowledge regarding the ways in which people work, both individually within organisations and in cultures. Bringing people together is by far the most important part of our work, and in these meetings we want to inspire curiosity and development.
‘Back to Basics’ also means ‘shedding’ unnecessary technology during many parts of the programme and focusing solely on people’s interactions with nature.

Help others: paying it forward
Our message, ‘pay it forward’, is about inspiring people to help each other without asking for compensation. Instead of expecting something in return when you have helped another person, ask them to pass this kindness on to others. This creates a domino effect of unconditional kindness and good deeds, bringing people closer together. You’ll see the results of this in your own workplace, in the company as a whole, and in your personal life.

Leventa: living & events
Combine the Swedish words for ‘living’ and ‘event’ and you get Leventa. This new word means that people have the opportunity to develop their lives through events. We are confident that the journey that we will undertake with you and your organisation will be a major event. When we have completed our objective, you will have had fun, laughed, and learned. In addition, you will have been given the opportunity to develop, both individually and in groups.

A practical event structure – which builds more on people than technology – combines with the three areas presented above, and the four together form the cornerstones of what we call ‘Back to Basics’.
